All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT where chargeable.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Standard delivery (2–5 business days) is provided free of charge on orders over £25.
Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for £5.99.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order
within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following inspection.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions and specifications are accurate and up‑to‑date.
Slight variations in colour may occur due to different screen settings.

If products do not conform to their description or are faulty, your rights under the
Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund.
