We are committed to providing transparent, reliable shipping services to all UK customers.
Delivery Options
We offer two convenient delivery options to suit your needs, with clear timeframes and costs:

Delivery Area
We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and all UK mainland postcodes. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside the UK.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Our processing and dispatch times are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible:
- Orders placed before 2:00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00pm (GMT), on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where applicable) to monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
We take great care to package your items securely, but if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of your expected delivery date at admin@ttc-life.shop.
2. Include clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging and item (if applicable), along with your order number and delivery address.
3. We will review your request promptly and arrange a free replacement or full refund (at your discretion), with no additional cost to you.
