This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through ttc-life.shop, operated by TTC ELITE LIMITED (Company No. 15300334), with a registered office at Piccadilly Business Centre, Unit C Aldow Enterprise Park Blackett Street, Manchester, England, M12 6AE. We strictly adhere to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to ensure fair, transparent treatment for all customers.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this time, you may return any unused, unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging for a full refund (excluding any return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns). This period is extended to 14 days from the date you receive confirmation of your right to cancel, if this is provided after you receive your order.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return and ensure a smooth process:
- Email our customer support team at admin@ttc-life.shop with your full order number, name, and reason for return (e.g., change of mind, faulty item, wrong product).
- We will respond within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm GMT) with detailed return instructions, including a return reference number (where applicable).
- Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging (or suitable alternative) and send them back using a tracked delivery service. Please include your return reference number inside the package.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (typically 2–3 business days after delivery to us), we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind Returns: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs. Please retain your shipping receipt for reimbursement purposes.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will offer a full refund, free replacement, or repair (at our discretion), in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have up to 6 months from the date of receipt to report faulty goods. After 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement if you can prove the fault existed at the time of delivery.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and approving your return, using the same payment method you used for your original purchase (processed securely via Stripe). All refund amounts are in British Pounds (GBP), and we do not charge any fees for processing refunds.
Please note: Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless they are faulty). This includes cleaning wipes, sprays, and other personal/household cleaning products that have been unsealed.
