14-day return policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return

1. Email us at admin@ttc-life.shop with your order number
2. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Post the item(s) back using tracked delivery
4. We process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return

Return shipping

Change of mind: You pay return postage. Faulty/wrong item: We provide a prepaid label.

Faulty items

Contact us within 30 days with a photo. We offer a full refund or free replacement. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have up to 6 months for faulty goods.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe). All amounts in GBP.
